At the Bel Air Recreation Committee (BARC), the safety and well-being of our community’s youth are our top priorities. To ensure a secure, positive environment across all of our sports and activities, all adult volunteers participating in our programs are required to successfully complete a comprehensive background check and prominently wear a valid, BARC-issued ID badge while on the fields or in our facilities. We deeply appreciate the time, dedication, and energy our volunteers invest in making our programs a success, and we thank you for your cooperation in maintaining these essential safety standards for our players and families.
