2029
2030
The 2030 team enjoyed a strong spring season in the National Girls Lacrosse League, earning impressive victories while continuing to develop and compete at a high level. As they transition into high school, the team will move to a tournament-only model, allowing players to continue developing within North Bay as we support them throughout the next chapter of their lacrosse journey.
The team got off to an impressive start to their summer season, going undefeated at the ThinkLax Impulse Lax Fest. They will look to build on that momentum as they continue their summer schedule at Lax Amplified.
CHESSIES
2032
The Chessies have continued to build on an impressive season. After capturing their second tournament championship as a team at the ThinkLax National Fall Festival, they carried that success into the spring, competing in the National Girls Lacrosse League, earning a spot in the playoffs, and continuing to improve throughout the season. Their hard work paid off as they opened their summer tournament schedule with a championship victory at Aloha Lax Splash.
The Chessies will look to keep that momentum rolling this summer as they compete in:
• Live, Love, Lax
• Lax for the Cure
• NXT Summer Continental Cup
RIPTIDES
2034
As a first-year team, the Riptides put together an impressive inaugural season. After building a strong foundation in the fall (making it to the championship in both events) they carried that momentum into the spring, competing in the NGLL and quickly establishing themselves as a tough opponent. The team continued to improve throughout the season, demonstrating resilience, teamwork, and a competitive spirit that helped earn them a spot in the playoffs.
The Tidal Waves will look to build on the progress they made this season as they compete in the following summer tournaments:
• Aloha Beach Lax
• Lax for the Cure
WAVEBREAKERS
2033
The Wavebreakers kicked off their year by finishing in 1st place at the Baltimore Lax Festival tournament before competing in the A Division of the NGLL this spring. Their commitment to development and willingness to embrace tough competition paid off as they continued to improve throughout the season, finishing the spring with strong performances, well-earned victories, and plenty of momentum heading into the summer.
The experience gained against some of the region's top competition has helped prepare this group for continued success as they take on new challenges and opportunities ahead.
This summer, the Wavebreakers will compete in:
• Apex Summer Launch
• Lax by the Sea
• NXT All-American
TIDAL WAVES
2035
As another first-year team, the Tidal Waves experienced tremendous growth throughout their inaugural season. Competing against strong talent in the National Girls Lacrosse League this spring, the players continued to develop their skills, build confidence, and grow together as a team.
With a strong foundation in place and a bright future ahead, we are excited to continue watching this talented group develop within North Bay.
The Tidal Waves carried that growth into the summer, opening their tournament season with an impressive run to the championship game at Apex Summer Launch. They will look to build on that momentum as they continue their summer schedule at:
• Live Love Lax
• Lax for the Cure
