Welcome to Bel Air Track & Field!
Whether your athlete is looking to sprint like the wind, conquer the hurdles, or master the long jump, the Bel Air Recreation Committee (BARC) program is the place to be. We focus on developing fundamental skills, building endurance, and fostering a lifelong love for fitness in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What Your Athlete Needs
Safety and comfort are our top priorities. Please ensure your child comes prepared to every practice:
- Running Shoes: Quality sneakers with good arch support (track spikes are optional for older divisions).
- Water Bottle: Stay hydrated! Please label bottles with the athlete's name.
- Attire: Breathable, athletic clothing (layers are recommended for chilly spring evenings).
Why Join BARC Track?
"Track and field is more than just a race; it’s about beating your own personal best and cheering for your teammates until your voice goes hoarse."
We pride ourselves on a "Personal Best" philosophy. While we love to see our athletes medal, our goal is to see every participant improve their times and distances from the start of the season to the finish line.
