Clinic

The Clinic age group is for 4 year-old players with a focus on the very basic fundamentals of scooping the ball, cradling, passing, catching, and shooting through group instruction. The only equipment required is a men’s regulation stick and a mouthpiece. Clinic is typically held on Sunday mornings from April until mid-May.

Soft balls are used at practice and there is no contact. No protective equipment is required. Players must provide their own men’s regulation lacrosse stick.

The cost to register is $60.

Pocket

The Pocket age group is for 4 and 5-year-old players as of September 1st, 2025. All players participate as part of a team that practices during the week and plays fun-filled games on weekends. The season starts in late February or early March (depending on the weather) and runs through the end of May. Games are played on a smaller field with a regulation ball. Body checking is not taught or permitted, but legal pushing and holding is.

Players are required to have standard lacrosse equipment: helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, men’s regulation lacrosse stick, mouthpiece, and protective cup. You may choose to rent equipment (helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, and gloves) from the program as part of a separate registration, for an additional fee. All players must supply their own men’s regulation lacrosse stick, mouthpiece, and protective cup.

Tyker

The Tyker age group is for 6 and 7-year-old players, as of September 1st, 2025, typically 1st and 2nd graders. All players participate as part of a team that practices during the week and plays games on weekends. The season starts in late February or early March (depending on the weather) and runs through the end of May. Games are played on a smaller field with a regulation ball.

All players will participate as part of a team that practices during the week and plays games on weekends.
