The Harford County Lacrosse League (HarCo) aims to offer a local recreational league for youth teams and players. To maintain fairness, teams can only participate if they're exclusive to HarCo during the spring season. HarcCo is for developmental players playing recreational-level lacrosse. When a program has multiple teams, they should consist of players with varied skill levels from the same program. New players can join mid-season if they're new registrations for the program. Exceptions may be granted by a majority vote of program representatives, provided transparency regarding eligibility discrepancies.
The HarCo Club season exists solely to provide HarCo member club teams supplemental games to the HoCo schedule.
